ABOUT US
We offer the people of Moore and the OKC Metro a place to hear the Gospel and apply it to their lives. Our culture is faced with tough questions. It always has been. The church has answers! Riverlife is open to anyone and everyone who wants to walk with God and connect with other people doing the same thing. We're also a spirit-filled church, and we believe the Holy Spirit calls us to live empowered.
WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT ON A SUNDAY MORNING?
Our church has a casual atmosphere with people of all ages and walks of life. We are more concerned about your needs than about what you are wearing, so come as you are and you will fit right in. Our services usually last around 90 minutes, but as a spirit-filled church that always wants the gifts of the Spirit to move freely, we are never bound by a set time.
WORSHIP
Our worship team begins by leading us in both upbeat songs of celebration and intimate songs of worship. We believe that worship is an offering to God; therefore, we strive to bring our best worship every service, every time! Some people prefer clapping and raising their hands, while others prefer an internal worship. Some prefer to stand, while others would rather sit. Everyone has their own way of worshiping, so please do as you feel comfortable.
TEACHING
Our Pastor has dynamic and engaging messages that are geared toward life change and relevant for your daily walk with Christ. Our desire is for each person to apply Biblical truths to everyday living, to embark on an adventure with Christ, and to grow in relationship with him. Every worship encounter there will be a time for personal and/or church prayer and response to the message. Here at Riverlife, we desire to offer an Encounter with Christ, expecting an Experience with the Word and the Spirit that will result in an Expression of worship & response. As our church family gathers, we believe that each person brings gifts and talents to the table that God will use to prepare and equip ALL for an effective and powerful service each time.
