Leftover Love is a ministry dedicated to Oklahoma City's homeless people. Its founders, Michelle Evans and Craig Smith take meals Downtown and personally deliver them to people in need. Michelle, Craig, their children, and other volunteers deliver anywhere from 40 to 80 meals every Tuesday and Thursday. The amount they give depends on the donations that come!
The ministry began when Michelle boxed up leftovers her family did not want to eat. Reluctant to let perfectly good food go to waste, she decided to take it to Downtown Oklahoma City. It wasn't long before she delivered food on a regular basis, and many other people wanted to contribute! Currently, Michelle and Craig take donated leftovers, sack lunches, and other foods.
